Ellucian Live, Ellucian’s annual users’ conference, will be held in Orlando, Florida from April 5-8, 2020 with more than 8,000 participants expected from over 1,300 higher education institutions worldwide.

In 2012, Kaling was named to the Time 100 Most Influential People in the World List. She was honored with the 2014 Glamour Women of the Year Award. In 2018, Kaling delivered an impactful commencement address at Dartmouth College, her alma mater, and received the honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters.
In 2002 at the New York International Fringe Festival Kaling first shared her original stage play “Matt and Ben.” She then joined the writing staff of “The Office” as the only woman at the age of 24, writing 26 episodes of the show during her eight seasons there. Kaling went on to create the “The Mindy Project,” which she starred in and executive produced from 2012-2017.
Kaling has also appeared in many films including Judd Apatow’s “The 40-Year Old Virgin,” the Oscar-winning Pixar film “Inside Out,” Disney’s “A Wrinkle in Time” alongside Oprah Winfrey and Reese Witherspoon, and as a part of the star studded cast of “Oceans Eight.”
In 2019 Kaling produced a mini-series adaptation of the popular film “Four Weddings and a Funeral” for Hulu, and is currently developing a coming-of-age comedy for Netflix about the complicated life of a modern-day first generation Indian American teenage girl.
Kaling released two New York Times best-selling comedic memoirs – “Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns)” in 2011 and “Why Not Me?” in 2015.
