CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hyatt Hotels Corporation (“Hyatt” or the “Company”) (NYSE: H) announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share of Class A common stock and Class B common stock for the first quarter of 2020, reflecting a 5.3% increase in the quarterly cash dividend from $0.19. The dividend is payable on March 9, 2020 to shareholders of record as of February 26, 2020.
