As previously disclosed, the Company intends to file the Forms 10-Q for the quarterly periods ended March 31, June 30 and September 30, 2019 in the coming weeks. Following the filing of its 2019 quarterly reports, the Company plans to file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019 and return to normal periodic reporting at that point.
