WayForth and Livible Announce Merger to Drive Growth in Home Transition Management

Leading service companies combine expertise in client experience and technology for people moving through major life transitions

RICHMOND, Va.--()--WayForth, the nation's largest provider of home transition management services, and Livible, a leading provider of on-demand moving and storage, today announced a merger of equals for the two companies. Effective today, the combined companies are known as WayForth, Inc.

Richmond, Va.-based WayForth, founded in 2016, is the leader in home transition management, helping people navigate the logistical, financial and emotional challenges associated with major life transitions. Seattle-based Livible has been providing technology-driven, concierge moving and storage services since 2013, helping people inventory, move and store their personal belongings.

Moving forward, WayForth will focus on combining client service and technology expertise to deliver an even more comprehensive home transition management experience. Today the company launched a new website as well as a new technology tool called Client Care. Client Care is designed to streamline the process for its clients and the WayForth team serving them. The technology integrates inventory management for tracking the movement, storage and distribution of personal belongings and tools to facilitate clear and efficient communication between WayForth and its clients.
