CONCORD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ASRC Industrial (AIS), a premier provider of industrial and environmental services throughout the United States, is pleased to announce the addition of Chun Jang as Senior Vice President – General Counsel to its leadership team.
Prior to his new position, Jang served as associate general counsel for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), AIS’s parent company. Jang joined ASRC in 2015.

Prior to ASRC, Jang worked at law firms in Chicago and Wilmington, Delaware, providing legal support for corporate clients on corporate finance, contract administration and disputes, litigation, corporate investigations, bankruptcy and restructuring, asset sales and purchases, and other corporate matters. Jang earned his Bachelor of Arts from Linfield College and his Juris Doctorate at The George Washington University Law School.
