The RMR Group Announces Execution of 30,395 Square Feet of New and Renewal Leases in 2019 at Greenbrier Towers in Chesapeake, VA

NEWTON, Mass.--()--The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR) today announced that eleven tenants have signed new and renewal leases for an aggregate 30,395 square feet in 2019 at Greenbrier Towers in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Greenbrier Towers I and II are six-story Class A office buildings totaling 170,929 square feet, with amenities including a five-story atrium, new conference rooms and exterior courtyard. The property is in close proximity to several dining, hotel and retail options in the Greenbrier office submarket of Chesapeake. Additionally, Greenbrier Towers offers easy access and visibility from Interstate 64 and is only 12 miles from Norfolk International Airport.

The property is owned by Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) and managed by The RMR Group. The RMR Group is responsible for providing all aspects of management services and strategy for more than 1,400 properties with over 97 million square feet of commercial office, industrial, medical office, life science and retail space.
