NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International law firm Proskauer announced today that Daryn A. Grossman, co-chair of the Firm’s global Corporate Department and founder and head of the Life Sciences Group, has been appointed to serve as Managing Partner of the Firm.
Ms. Grossman will succeed Bruce Lieb, who was the first to hold the position and served in the role for nine years, having been with the Firm for over 40 years. Ms. Grossman created the Life Sciences Group at Proskauer, a leading multidisciplinary practice, serving clients including mature pharma and biotech companies, emerging companies, their sponsors and investors, and universities and other academic or research institutions. She also formerly led the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group.
