The Orange County, CA-based benefits consultant will leverage his diverse background to deliver integrated employee benefits solutions that reduce healthcare costs, increase organizational efficiency, and strengthen the bottom line.

Prior to joining Alliant, Bubes was Senior Vice President with a full-service insurance and employee benefits consulting firm serving a diverse base of California clients. He also has extensive experience in the payroll industry working with two of the industry’s largest organizations.
