Stratix Strengthens its Senior Leadership Team with Three Executive Hires

New Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy and Solutions Officer and Chief Revenue Officer to accelerate managed services growth

PEACHTREE CORNERS, Ga.--()--Stratix Corporation (“Stratix”), a leading provider of managed mobility services in the U.S., today announced three strategic hires to its senior leadership team. Brad Ferguson joins Stratix as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Alex Kalish joins as Chief Strategy and Solutions Officer (CSSO) and Kip Wagner as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As Stratix continues to scale, Ferguson, Kalish and Wagner will support the company’s mission of empowering companies through mobility as the largest, most experienced pure-play managed mobility service provider in North America.

Ferguson succeeds interim CFO Larry Hagenbuch. He brings over 25 years of experience in the technology services space in increasingly progressive roles, most recently as SVP and Chief Financial Officer with Cotiviti, a national healthcare IT services and analytics company. Previously, Ferguson spent over 20 years with EarthLink, a nationwide provider of cloud-connected network services, where he served in various operational, strategic and financial executive leadership roles, including CFO. He earned a BBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

As Stratix’s first CSSO, Kalish leads the company’s efforts to innovate and enhance the company’s robust solutions offering. Kalish brings nearly 20 years of experience leading strategy, corporate development and finance functions for global technology companies. Most recently, Kalish was an operating leader at Amazon where he and his team launched and grew Amazon Freight, a nationwide truckload and less-than-truckload transportation service for shippers. Before joining Amazon, Kalish worked in various financial and strategic leadership roles with EarthLink, Allstate and McGraw-Hill Education. He earned a BBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA with honors from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.

With his appointment as CRO, Wagner leads the Stratix marketing, sales and mobile solutions architect teams. He brings over 25 years of sales leadership experience to Stratix, spanning entrepreneurial startups, mobility, artificial intelligence and IoT companies. Wagner joins Stratix from CB4, a cutting-edge AI and machine learning technology company, where he served as SVP of Sales. Prior to CB4, he held EVP positions over the Managed Mobility Services group and Commercial Sales organization for DMI. Wagner earned his BA from Lafayette College and several technical certificates from Carnegie Mellon University.
