CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FPL Associates, the market leader in real estate compensation consulting, announces the following five key additions are joining the firm: Katie Gaynor – Senior Managing Director; Jarret Sues – Managing Director; Megan Blankemeyer – Director; Grace Kim – Vice President; and Paul Monaghan – Senior Analyst. The new executives and team members will work in FPL’s growing Public Compensation Practice. The new additions solidify FPL's position as a market leader, advising public REIT Boards on executive compensation and governance-related matters.
Gaynor and Sues previously led the Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance Practice at FTI Consulting and bring more than 30 years’ combined experience. They are leading figures in REIT and real estate compensation, having advised over 100 real estate companies, and are routinely cited as thought leaders in respected industry publications on compensation matters related to real estate.
Joining them are long-tenured team members Blankemeyer, Kim and Monaghan who will continue to provide critical support while assisting in helping to expand the practice. With the growing team, FPL offers clients unmatched access to industry data and direct insights from the Boardroom, that is exclusive to FPL.
