TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Messagepoint Inc. announced the availability of version 4.0 of the Messagepoint Touchpoint Exchange for Medicare, a SaaS solution for Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs) that automates much of the document creation and annual update process for Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), Evidence of Coverage (EOC) and Summary of Benefits (SB) documents. Major enhancements include a new guided process for entering key information into Medicare marketing materials and a new QA process that enables a more effective review process. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) updates Medicare model documents on an annual basis and all MAOs are required by law to reflect these changes in their complex ANOC, EOC and SB documents.
