(“Maple Leaf”), the holding company for Geauga Savings Bank (“Geauga”) into FMNB Merger Subsidiary III, LLC, a newly-formed, wholly-owned subsidiary of Farmers, and the merger of Geauga Savings Bank into Farmers National Bank.
