Baz, who has been with the company for close to a decade, operates from Hogarth’s Miami hub, which supports the marketing initiatives for the North American and Latin American markets, bridging together blue-chip clients by offering efficiencies in marketing production, localization, adaptation and transcreation across regions, languages and cultures, allowing them to better increase speed-to-market and reduce costs. Baz’s promotion to CMO marks a strategic decision to target marketing towards a younger, more diverse demographic, appealing to the quickly changing dynamics of a digital-first landscape and an industry in constant change.

He joined Hogarth in 2009 and has since successfully helped to launch Hogarth’s Brazil and Mexico operations, and also established Hogarth’s Latin American-focused hub in Miami.
