OAKLAND, Calif.--()--Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, has announced that the theme for its 2020 Great Place to Work For All Summit will be “For All Leadership,” which describes organizational leaders adept at fostering genuine human connections, developing their teams on a continual basis, solving multi-dimensional problems, and enabling every employee to bring their unique selves to work and help them maximize their full human potential. In short, “For All” leaders are innovating the way that we do business, especially during these trying times.

The 17th Annual Great Place to Work For All Summit, scheduled for March 3 to 5, 2020 at the Marriott Marquis in San Francisco, will advance this strategy around innovative leadership, which our research proves has resulted in revenue growth that is 5.5 times greater than less inclusive companies.

Expected to draw CEOs, CHROs, and other business and workplace culture leaders, the three-day event will present innovations in leadership, partnerships, and technology that enable organizations to create great places to work for all. Exemplary champions of this vision will join Great Place to Work Chief Executive Officer Michael C. Bush as Summit Executive Co-Chairs:

  • Julie Sweet, CEO, Accenture
  • Jennifer Morgan, Co-CEO, SAP
  • Margaret Keane, CEO, Synchrony

“I’m thrilled to announce that we will have three exceptional CEOs from the financial and professional services industries as Co-Chairs for the 2020 Great Place to Work For All Summit,” said Michael C. Bush, the CEO of Great Place to Work. “These three leaders all exemplify what it takes to be a For All Leader and have not only proven what it takes to create a great workplace culture, but they are also shaping the vision for many other global companies to change the way that the world works.”

Accenture CEO Julie Sweet said, “The Great Place to Work For All Summit is an opportunity to focus on how we can equip our leaders and our people to succeed. I look forward to a dialogue that helps us unleash innovation, advance a culture of equality and create the workforce of the future.”

"Employees today expect and deserve a more productive, engaging, and fulfilling work experience.” said Jennifer Morgan, Co-CEO, SAP. “That experience – and the ways in which their company supports them in the moments that matter – is indicative of a business’s future performance, growth, and success. The Great Place to Work For All Summit brings together some of the most successful leaders and companies in the world – and serves as a living, breathing example of why we should be fully committed to empowering employees and bringing a healthier balance to their lives."

“In today’s complex times, creating a culture that empowers everyone to bring their whole selves to work is fundamental to driving business success and innovation,” said Margaret Keane, CEO, Synchrony. “The Great Place to Work for All Summit brings together leaders who are preparing for the future today by unlocking the power of human potential.”

The Summit showcases mainstage keynotes and tactical focus sessions, as well as panel discussions hosted by Fortune editors and workplace culture experts from Great Place to Work.

For the second year, Great Place to Work will also host an invitation-only Diversity & Inclusion Forum that will explore components of a successful D&I strategy, including visionary and articulate leadership and design and implementation of strategies, to overcome some of the biggest challenges organizations face in building a For All culture.

The Summit will also feature the Great Place to Work® For All Leadership Awards Gala at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco on March 3, 2020, with this year’s theme honoring For All Leadership.
