Cambridge Bancorp Announces Proposed Public Offering of $35 Million of Its Common Stock

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--()--Cambridge Bancorp (Nasdaq: CATC) (the “Company” or “Cambridge”), the holding company for Cambridge Trust Company (“Cambridge Trust”), announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock. In addition, the Corporation expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock sold in the offering to cover over allotments. Any shares sold pursuant to such option would be purchased by the underwriters at the same price per share.

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel Company, is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
