Layden, Jr., Board member and Interim Chief Executive Officer, as Executive Chairman of the Board. His appointment follows Albin F. Moschner’s retirement as Board Chair and as a member of the Board effective November 8, 2019. In connection with this appointment, current Board member William J. Schoch has been appointed as the lead independent director of the Board.
