(NYSE:KIM) announced today that The Witmer, the residential component of Kimco’s Pentagon Centre Signature Series mixed-use project, has been named the Property Management Association’s 2019 Apartment Community Excellence (PACE) Award winner for Best in Show and Best Lease-Up. The new 26-story, 440-unit residential tower is located in Arlington, Virginia, directly across the street from the new Amazon headquarters (HQ2).
