NEW YORK--()--Kucker & Bruh, LLP, a highly respected New York City-based full-service real estate law firm, today announced the formation of its new Loft Law practice, rounding out its robust client services. In addition, the firm has rebranded as Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP.

With the overhaul of New York’s rent laws including the Loft Laws earlier this year, the practice will navigate the regulations on behalf of its clients, providing counsel to owners, developers and prospective buyers interested in developing loft buildings. Jason Frosch, who recently joined Kucker Marino from Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C., was brought on board as a trial attorney and partner to lead the Loft Law practice. Frosch and his team are responsible for representing owners and developers on Loft Law matters.

The addition of the Loft Law practice at Kucker Marino is instrumental to our continued efforts to provide the best and most relevant services to our clients,” said Alan Kucker, Co-Founding Partner of Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. “We have always prided ourselves on the ability to meet all our clients’ real estate and litigation needs. It became clear that without a significant Loft Law practice we would be substantially hindered in our ability to continue to do that.”

In addition, Kucker & Bruh, LLP announced that James Marino, Nativ Winiarsky and Andrew Bittens have been named partners at the firm, which resulted in the rebranding to Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. The name change is effective immediately, complete with a redesigned website and logo.

Our rebrand and the inclusion of James, Nativ and Andrew into the firm name is a true testament to each of their individual contributions to the firm and their steadfast, continuous commitment to their clients,” Kucker said.

Kucker Marino has also elevated firm veterans Craig Gambardella and Gregg Kurlander to partner and brought on board Lisa Faham-Selzer, an experienced real estate litigation attorney, as a litigation partner.

To accommodate Kucker Marino’s growing practice, the firm has signed a lease for 5,101 square feet to add to its existing 9,269-square-foot office space at 747 Third Avenue and will now occupy the entire 12th floor of the Midtown East building. Kucker Marino has represented Sage Management, the landlord of the property, since 1999 and has been a tenant of the building since July 2004.
