Jennifer is a seasoned executive with a strong track record of driving results, building and developing high performing teams. She joined Exchange Solutions in 2016 to support Esso and Mobil, in achieving and eventually surpassing market growth goals through transformative change in their customer engagement and loyalty strategies. Past accounts Jennifer oversaw during her tenure at Aimia included the Bank of Montreal, National Bank, MBNA, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotiabank, General Motors and Husky Energy.
Joining the executive leadership team in their work with the Board of Directors, Jennifer will be setting strategy, developing growth initiatives and optimizing operations at Exchange Solutions.
