SPRINGFIELD, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Interstate International, Inc. (INIC) and Interstate Van Lines, Inc. (INVA), both leading providers of global moving, relocation and logistics services, today announced that they have been ranked in the top 2% of household goods movers by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Both companies are part of the Interstate Family of Companies, which serve the federal civilian, national intelligence and U.S. defense agencies, as well as emerging growth and enterprise commercial entities.
The GSA’s Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) ranks its approximately 86 U.S. service providers using a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score. The CSI is a performance metric based upon the relocating employee’s and government agency’s satisfaction, and it measures individual performance against the average level of customer satisfaction across all companies participating in CHAMP.

The passion they display daily for our government sector customers, supporting them throughout their entire moving experience, reaffirms our commitment to delivering an exceptional relocation experience,” stated Bud Morrissette, Interstate’s CEO & Group President. “We thank our government customers for all they do, and look forward to being of continued service to them,” Morrissette concluded.
Interstate International and Interstate Van Lines scored 114.90 and 112.74, respectfully, placing them both in the Top 5 nationally, at #2 and #4, and the #1 and #3 positions for companies based in the Washington, D.C. and mid-Atlantic areas.
