LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Treehouse Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (“Treehouse” or the “Company”), a privately-held real estate investment trust that owns a net leased portfolio of cannabis-related real estate, announced today that it has completed its private offering and private placement of 2,513,296 shares of its common stock (the “Common Stock”) for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $60.3 million. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. and Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC acted as the initial purchasers and placement agents for the private offering and private placement.
