2019 Trade Show Follow-Up Trends – New Research from 4imprint

OSHKOSH, Wis.--()--According to a new nationwide survey conducted by 4imprint, more than 80% of organizations do trade show follow-up within two weeks of a trade show—and nearly 1 in 12 do lead follow-up within one day.

Promotional products retailer 4imprint’s survey takes a closer look at trends in trade show lead follow-up, including the percentage of leads contacted, number of times organizations followed up and which trade show follow-up promotional products proved most effective. Additional research results are contained in 4imprint’s newly released e-book, Trade Show Follow-up Trends 2019.

Among the trade show findings:

  • More than 60% of organizations perform lead follow-up five times or fewer.
  • Two-thirds of respondents collect business cards to track customer leads.
  • One in three organizations use promotional products when following up after a trade show.
  • One in six respondents follow up on all trade show leads.

Results found in this e-book are based on the survey responses of more than 300 organizations collected from February through April 2019.
