Workers’ Compensation Experts Will Share Their “Metrics for Success” on Tower MSA Partners’ WCI-TV at WCI2019

ORLANDO, Fla.--()--WCI-TV Sponsor Tower MSA Partners has recruited several leaders in the workers’ compensation industry to discuss how they measure success in their organizations on WCI-TV during the upcoming WCI2019 conference.

“Viewers will learn which metrics professionals use to evaluate their programs and processes,” said Tower Chief Compliance Officer Dan Anders. “If you do not measure something, you can’t improve it.”

Interviews will feature experts in workers’ compensation claims management, Medicare Secondary Payer compliance and Medicare Set-Aside development, and professional administration of settlement funds, including:

  • Kris Salle, Claims Manager – Eastern Region, American Airlines
  • David North, President and CEO, Sedgwick Claims Management Services
  • Mary O’Donoghue, Chief Clinical and Product Officer, MedRisk
  • Dan Anders, Chief Compliance Officer, Tower MSA Partners
  • Marques Torbert, CEO, Ametros
  • Michael Stack, CEO, AMAXX, LLC
  • Kimberly George, Senior Healthcare Advisor, Sedgwick Claims Management Services
  • Brian Gannon, Senior Vice President of Development, Tower MSA Partners
  • Mark Walls, Vice President of Communications and Strategic Analysis, Safety National

“Using metrics, we can identify weaknesses and create solutions to address them,” Anders said. “For example, Tower measures conditional payment and clinical intervention outcomes along with other key performance indicators and uses those results to reverse-engineer processes to continually improve performance,” Anders said.

WCI-TV airs throughout the convention center, in hotel guest rooms, and on shuttles during WCI2019 and appear on WCI’s website and on You Tube. WCI2019 will be held August 11-14 in Orlando and more information is available at
