ORANGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Western Dental, a national leader in dental and orthodontic care, today announced the appointment of Maria Zenaida “Zeny” Jones as Vice President of Supply Chain Management.
Ms. Jones comes to Western Dental with significant procurement and supply chain management experience in multisite healthcare. Previously she served as Southern California Service Area Director for Supply and Services Resource Management for Dignity Health, the fifth largest health system in the nation and the largest hospital provider in California. She came to Dignity Health through its acquisition of U.S. HealthWorks, where she was Corporate Director of Purchasing and Materials Management for six years. Previously she held positions in purchasing, materials management, and supply logistics with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, Pikeville Medical Center in Kentucky, Fresno Community Regional Medical Center, and other healthcare organizations.

Ms. Jones will report to Chief Financial Officer William Dembereckyj, and her team will include Lane Harter, Vice President of Procurement, a 45-year veteran of the dental industry.
Ms. Jones is a trained Green Belt in Six Sigma and a Certified Resource and Materials Professional with over 30 years of multisite healthcare experience. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
