In his nearly 20-year career, Falken has brought numerous game-changing, environmentally-minded innovations to life, playing a role in every aspect of the process from invention to sourcing and supply chain management. Expertly skilled in bioplastic development, rigid and flexible foams, as well as global sourcing, Falken’s passion for effecting change and disruptive innovation will help build upon the efforts OrthoLite has made in the sustainability space.
