Ferrero Completes Acquisition of Kellogg Company’s Cookies and Fruit Snacks Businesses

LUXEMBOURG--()--The Ferrero Group and its related companies (“Ferrero”), a global confectionary group, today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the cookie, fruit and fruit-flavored snack, ice cream cone and pie crust businesses from Kellogg Company.

The acquired brands, including Keebler®, Mother's®, Famous Amos®, Murray's® and Murray's Sugar Free®, Little Brownie Bakers®, Stretch Island® and Fruity Snacks, as well as the manufacturing facilities acquired from Kellogg Company, will be managed by Ferrara Candy Company, which was acquired by a Ferrero-related company in 2017.
