WILTON, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ITWP, parent company of Toluna, Harris Interactive Europe and KuRunData, today announced the addition of Michele Morelli as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing Strategy, along with the promotions of Tsahi Ben-Yosef to Senior Vice President of Product Innovation and Mathilde Lelievre to Executive Vice President of Global Operations. This new, expanded senior team provides extensive expertise on coupling strategy, supply and product to support the continued growth and innovation of all ITWP companies.
With over 20 years of experience, Michele Morelli joins as SVP of Global Marketing Strategy. Morelli’s new role includes leading marketing initiatives for the group internationally, owning, developing and spearheading global marketing strategy as well as identifying opportunities to reach new markets and continue to grow ITWP’s client base across all brands.

Morelli comes to ITWP from Prudential, where she led the Direct Customer Engagement LEAP initiative and was responsible for transforming the way Prudential built relationships with prospective clients, as well as customer acquisition methodologies, including new partnerships. Previously, Morelli was part of the AOL team, where she held several senior leadership positions with wide-ranging responsibilities. Based out of AOL’s London office, Morelli led the global go-to-market strategy for both consumer and business marketing. Additionally, leading the launch of the AOL Build rebrand, Morelli oversaw the creative development, positioning and consumer marketing strategy.
Along with the news of Morelli’s addition comes the promotion of Mathilde Lelievre to Executive Vice President of Global Operations at ITWP. Lelievre joined Toluna in 2005 and has created an everlasting footprint at the company by growing her team from three employees in a single location to over 700 team members internationally. She has been instrumental in defining and implementing the company’s operations strategy and has been actively involved in the due diligence and integration of four acquisitions. In her expanded role, she will be focused on improving clients’ experience through the development and implementation of a client centric structure, as well as supporting and completing sales efforts to deliver the best results for clients.
Tsahi Ben-Yosef is promoted to the role of SVP of Product Innovation. As a business leader with 15 years of diverse experience across technology innovation and execution, Ben-Yosef’s role will focus on Global ITWP Product Strategy. He will use a data driven model, with a user-centric focus, to deliver the industry’s most powerful market research insights platform. His goal is to empower clients and internal stakeholders to make the right business decision at the right time.
Ben-Yosef has led a wide variety of projects in highly complex, dynamic environments, dealing with cutting edge technologies and is also known as a prominent entrepreneur with two successful technology start-ups. In 2016, Toluna acquired Crossence, his latest creation, specializing in cross-device passive measurement solution. Now, Ben-Yosef is responsible for driving the group’s end-to-end platform strategy and roadmap across 24 offices in 4 regions.
