SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fraxion, the only cloud-based procure-to-pay solution for efficient business expense management in the mid-market, today announced the addition of seasoned SaaS executive Stijn Hendrikse to its board of directors. Hendrikse is an experienced executive with more than 20 years in the SaaS industry, and brings a wealth of expertise in driving high-level growth at various-sized organizations.
Hendrikse most recently served as CEO of virtual business phone system provider MightyCall, running the accelerated growth strategy. Prior to MightyCall, Stijn held CMO and CRO positions at Acumatica, a leading complete cloud ERP solution for business management. Hendrikse also acted as a key player in Microsoft's transformation from Office 2010 into the fully functional SaaS product, Office 365, in his role as a marketing leader at the company.
“I’ve held various board positions over the years, but the opportunity with Fraxion stood out from the rest as a perfect fit with the right technology, right team, right backing and right timing,” said Hendrikse. “The mid-market spend management space is ripe for disruption and Fraxion has the perfect value proposition to make a difference. In my role as an active board member, I’ll work as a coach, training the sales and marketing team to push the Fraxion message forward and highlight the frictionless process the platform offers.”
Hendrikse also brings to the table a unique background building high-scaling companies at both the enterprise and SMB level which will be valuable to Fraxion as they continue to grow their presence in the United States.
“Stijn will play a critical role in the future of Fraxion as an active member of our board,” said Stanton Jandrell, CEO and co-Founder of Fraxion. “Not only are we completely aligned on the strategic vision we see for the Fraxion brand, but Stijn’s valuable experience leading marketing and sales initiatives throughout the evolution of the SaaS industry will be invaluable to our efforts.”
Hendrikse joins the board alongside Rick Gustafson, former ServiceMax CFO and Matt Diamond, former Alloy, Inc CEO.
