Their keynote titled, “Under Pressure – Surviving Work Life IMbalance,” will take place on Saturday, Aug. 24.

Gardner discovered her niche in end-of-life care and is the co-founder and chief technology officer of Lap of Love, which has over 100 veterinarians around the country dedicated to veterinary hospice and euthanasia in the home. Gardner loves gray muzzles and is a professional writer and speaker on all aspects of end-of-life care. Gardner and Lap of Love have been featured in Entrepreneur magazine, The New York Times, the Associated Press, The Doctors and numerous professional veterinary publications.

Ettinger is a practicing veterinary cancer specialist and international speaker. She is one of approximately 400 board-certified veterinary specialists in medical oncology in North America. Also known as Dr. Sue Cancer Vet, Ettinger has been instrumental in raising pet cancer awareness, and created the “See Something, Do Something, Why Wait? Aspirate.” initiative to promote early cancer detection and diagnosis. She also hosts “Dr. Sue’s Vlog” and co-hosts the podcast, “The Pet Cancer Vet,” on radiopetlady.com.
