Johnson joins the firm from Quinn Emanuel, where he was a partner and the chair of its Institutional Investor Litigation Practice. He brings to Robbins Geller more than 25 years of experience representing some of the world’s largest institutional investors in class and individual securities actions. Before joining Quinn Emanuel, Johnson served as a Deputy Attorney General and the Chief of New York’s securities fraud unit. In that role, Johnson led the prosecution of dark pool operators and others involved in defrauding investors. Johnson graduated with honors from the University of Michigan and Harvard Law School.
Noam Mandel, also from Quinn Emanuel, is joining Johnson in Robbins Geller’s Manhattan office. He has extensive experience litigating securities class actions and fiduciary duty matters. Mandel graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and from Boston University School of Law, where he graduated with honors.
