WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--For the sixth time running, J.D. Power ranks Commonwealth Financial Network® “Highest in Independent Advisor Satisfaction Among Financial Investment Firms.”
In the J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Financial Advisor Satisfaction Study℠, Commonwealth received its highest ever overall satisfaction score of 960 on a 1,000-point scale, compared with an industry average of 779, and outpaced the next-highest-ranked firm by 87 points. Commonwealth’s 960 score equates to “among the best” in the JDPower.com Power Circle Ratings™.
Commonwealth achieved the highest score in all reported key drivers of advisor satisfaction—firm leadership, compensation, operational support, professional development, technology support, and client support.
“It is a true honor to be the highest-ranked firm in the independent channel six consecutive times,” said Commonwealth CEO Wayne Bloom. “Year after year, we are humbled to be recognized by our Advisors and are deeply thankful for their feedback that influences everything we do. To us, this award speaks to our track record as a solid, trusted partner whose actions are always in the best interests of our Advisors.”
Bloom continued, “As we celebrate our milestone of 40 years in business, we recognize that our continued success directly correlates to both the relationships we’ve built and continued hard work. We’re invested in our Advisors’ success, and we will continue to offer the best business solutions to empower them to build thriving practices for today and tomorrow.”
The J.D. Power study found that high-functioning technology drives advisor loyalty and advocacy, while social media is an important tool for the new generation of mobile advisors who want to interact with clients and prospects across a range of digital channels.
