Her responsibilities include developing the strategic growth plan and overseeing the execution of Mercer’s ServiceNow practice. Ms. Ridgeway will report to Julie Humphries, US & Canada Leader, Mercer Digital.

Ms. Ridgeway has more than 20 years of global experience surrounding HR technologies and process transformation. Prior to joining Mercer, Ms. Ridgeway was the National Practice Leader ServiceNow HRSD at Infocenter. She was responsible for leading, managing, and implementing ServiceNow’s HR service delivery business. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Business Management at Barat College, Illinois.
