BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) Board of Directors today announced a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.88 per share, payable on July 25, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 8, 2019.

Disney last paid a semi-annual dividend of $0.88 per share in January 2019.
