BURLINGTON, Mass. & TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NetBrain Technologies, provider of the industry's leading network automation platform to enterprises worldwide, today announced the opening of its new office in Toronto, Canada. With more than 2,200 enterprise customers worldwide, including one-third of Fortune 100 companies and a rapidly-growing customer base in Europe and North America, NetBrain's Toronto office will be a key research and development (R&D) center for the company’s artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning innovations as well as accelerate NetBrain's growth and support across the region.
The 11,935-square-foot office space, located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, opened this spring with employees in positions such as HR, solutions engineering, professional services and channel enablement. NetBrain will continue to hire local talent to expand its R&D team, supporting the company’s continued innovation and growth.
"The network is rapidly changing. With SDN, SD-WAN and cloud— the demand to automate manual tasks becomes more urgent,” said Lingping Gao, chairman and chief executive officer at NetBrain. “Our mission is to democratize network automation so that automation can be created by anybody, launched at any time, and integrated with any workflow.”
Last year, NetBrain opened a second European location in London to support its growing customer base in Europe. The London office is tasked with establishing a vibrant ecosystem of channel partners across the region to accelerate NetBrain’s growth. The company is headquartered in Burlington, Mass. with additional locations in Sacramento, Munich, and Beijing.
NetBrain's latest release, NetBrain Integrated Edition 8.0, is a full implementation of “just-in-time” automation across a hybrid of SDN, SD-WAN and physical networks. The biggest value it provides to the industry is to free up expensive and valuable human resources by “shifting the workload to the left.” NetBrain was named the winner of a Silver Stevie Award in the Technical Innovation of the Year category in the 2019 American Business Awards, a 2018 SIIA CODiE Awards finalist, and a representative vendor in Gartner's 2018 Market Guide for Network Automation for the third consecutive year.
