(NYSE: RVLV) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 13,529,411 shares of its Class A common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 1,764,705 additional shares, at a price to the public of $18.00 per share. 3,382,352 of the shares were offered by REVOLVE, and 10,147,059 of the shares were offered by certain selling stockholders. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “RVLV” on June 7, 2019.
