TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Tuesday, June 11th, 2019, Purina Canada will be recognizing animal heroes for their life-saving bravery at the 51st Annual Purina Animal Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
Media are invited to attend the special event hosted at Evergreen Brick Works. The ceremony will pay tribute to courageous animal inductees by awarding them with a medal of honour and a year supply of Purina dog food. Media personalities and pet enthusiasts, Blake Carter and Frankie Flowers will take the stage to present the heartwarming and remarkable inductee stories.
Since its inception in 1968, Purina Canada’s esteemed pet recognition program and Canada’s longest running initiative of its kind, has celebrated the achievements of 182 animals – each of whom ultimately saved a human life.
