DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The national law firm of Baron & Budd is pleased to announce it was ranked as one of the best law firms for female attorneys. Law360’s 2019 Glass Ceiling report looks at law firms based on their attorney head count and ranks them by their percentage of female partners and nonpartners. Law360 says it lists the 70 firms “who are leading the pack in representing women at all levels.”
Law360’s research indicates that women represent only 36.3% of attorneys at firms and women represent only 24.8% of partners, which suggests fewer women are rising through the ranks. Of the 25 shareholders at Baron & Budd, nearly one third are women. The firm currently has 58 attorneys that are not shareholders. Of those attorneys, 25 are women.
