The 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Bluestem Group Inc. will be held at the offices of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, 90 South Seventh Street, 2200 Wells Fargo Center, Minneapolis, MN 55402, commencing at 8:00 AM Central Time, on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, (i) to elect 7 members of the board of directors to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders, (ii) to ratify the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2020; and (iii) to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.
