Lucky Johns living in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco or Philadelphia can enter to receive their Charmin toilet paper on-demand in as little as 2 hours. Johns located in other U.S. cities can still enter and will receive a prize via mail while supplies last.
