NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--()--Foremost Companies announced that development is underway at Deerlake Ranch, a new master-planned community in the Los Angeles metro. One of the last opportunities to purchase new homes in an affluent neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley, the six Deerlake Ranch villages—the first two of which are expected to open in late 2019—will offer a total of 314 single-family homes ranging from 5,000 square feet to half-acre equestrian lots.
