GEICO’s Catastrophe Team Opens Plano Location to Speed up Hailstorm Claim Services

RICHARDSON, Texas--()--To better serve customers, GEICO’s Catastrophe team opened a new location to handle claims by appointment caused by the North Texas hailstorm.

Policyholders who need to report a claim and make a reservation can contact GEICO by using GEICO Mobile, GEICO.com or by calling 800-841-3000

GEICO recommends customers bring the following information to help facilitate payment:

- Proof of ownership – vehicle title, vehicle registration
- Driver’s license
- Lienholder information if applicable
