NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--M Booth, a progressive marketing communications agency under the Next Fifteen Communications Group, continues to expand its award-winning creative team with two new senior hires. James Marshall Spector joins as vice president, creative director, overseeing the creative process for the agency’s lifestyle, spirits, and consumer accounts; and Michelle Mason joins as vice president, associate creative director, overseeing a team of 12 art directors, designers, and animators. Both report to Adrianna G. Bevilaqua, chief creative officer at M Booth.
Spector joins M Booth after six and a half years at VaynerMedia, where he served as creative director on recent campaigns including Devour’s “Food Porn on Pornhub” and “1-83-FOODPORN,” Miracle Whip’s “No More Mayo,” and Clean & Clear’s “Be Loud. Be Clear. Be You.” He also developed integrated campaigns for global alcohol, entertainment, and CPG clients, including Michelob ULTRA U.S. and Global, Lime-a-Ritas, Natural Light, Bud Light, Spiked Seltzer, Johnson’s Baby, ACUVUE, Petite Planet, USA Network series, Viacom, Quaker, Mondelez brands, and Hasbro brands. Prior to VaynerMedia, Spector wrote and co produced David Blaine’s prime-time network television specials on ABC and Travel Channel.
Mason brings more than 15 years of experience in advertising and brand design, having worked at Grey NY, DDB, Rapp, McCann, and Arnold NY. She has art directed and designed digital and social campaigns, live-action TV spots, stop-motion and motion-graphics videos, and global branding initiatives for a variety of clients, including Atari, Absolut, ExxonMobil, Unilever, Humana, HP Enterprise, Unicef, and Rodan + Fields.
“M Booth Creative has experienced explosive growth over the past four years by building an end-to-end creative model that seamlessly runs from concept to content,” says CEO Dale Bornstein. “The team has grown from 6 to 28 and is fueled by a diversity of skill sets and perspectives that has led to a steady stream of award-winning campaigns for our clients.”
“At M Booth, we believe that people who live inspiring lives do inspiring work and ultimately, bring fresh insight and passion to client business challenges,” explains Bevilaqua. “We hire creatives who are thinkers and makers—people who are adventurous, innovative, challenge convention and norms but also have the right vibe and team spirit to make the creative process energizing, impactful and fun.”
The creative team’s portfolio of work includes everything from above-the-line integrated campaigns to Alexa skills, ASMR videos and documentary shorts to social content and VR experiences.
