SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HVR, provider of real-time cloud data integration technology, today announced that Chris Lawless has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Operations. An industry executive of 20 years, Chris brings proven experience leading growth among software and technology companies of all sizes.

A seasoned leader of sales, support, and product management teams, Chris is skilled in developing the structure necessary for growth. As Director of Product Management for GoldenGate Software, Chris played a lead role in the company’s success, leading to its acquisition by Oracle in 2009. He continued in product management for Oracle, working with internal teams to integrate the GoldenGate software into other Oracle products. Most recently Chris served as Vice President of Dbvisit Software, where he worked with internal and external stakeholders to develop roadmaps for DBvisit’s cloud-centric product enhancements, providing him with first-hand experience with a variety of major cloud providers.

As SVP of Operations, Chris will lead the Field Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success teams. By supporting the full life cycle of the HVR product, Chris will be essential in assisting customers as they adopt a hybrid approach to managing their data, providing them with real-time integration of complex data streams and allowing for informed business decisions based on the freshest data possible.
Chris has a Bachelor of Arts in Soviet Studies from The George Washington University and worked in the American Embassy in Moscow upon graduation from college.
