As the official caterers for the Steven Tyler GRAMMY Awards 2019 Viewing Party benefiting Janie’s Fund, they are tasked with serving and pleasing the taste buds of Hollywood's biggest A-listers.
Iconic music legend and humanitarian Steven Tyler announced the return of his GRAMMY Awards® Viewing Party to benefit Janie’s Fund, presented by Live Nation, on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, at world famous Raleigh Studios in Hollywood. Hosted by Jane Lynch, the exclusive gala, with a mouth-watering 3-course meal from Crumble’s Chef Wayne Elias promises to be an unforgettable sophomore year.
Featuring a can’t-miss performance by America’s all-time top-selling rock ’n’ roll band, Aerosmith, the gala will toast music’s biggest night with a VIP Crumble cocktail reception and dinner, live viewing of the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards telecast, and live auction to support Janie’s Fund, Tyler’s philanthropic initiative that provides “a big voice for abused girls.”
For the event, the talented Elias and business partner Chris Diamond and their team of over 100 cooks, servers, pastry chefs, and staff, will be serving up some of the best culinary delicacies that have ever been created. Says Elias, “The dishes are complex, yet they appeal to a wide audience. I’m excited about incorporating some of my favorite culinary techniques and healthy ingredients to create some highly-stylized plates that excite the palate and leave guests satiated.”

Guests this year will be treated to a full-course meal consisting of Heirloom Tomato, Asparagus & Burrata, Filet Mignon and Black Cod and Valrhona Chocolate Cake, and several other dish options all while big screens are broadcasting a live GRAMMY telecast at Raleigh Studios in Hollywood.
With humble beginnings in 1915 when much of LA was still open farmland and big dreams, Raleigh Studios has hosted some of Hollywood’s biggest stars since the Golden Age of film. Charlie Chaplin, Douglas Fairbanks, and Mary Pickford have practiced their craft on these grounds. Two Academy Award winners for Best Picture (1946’s The Best Years of Our Lives and 1967’s In the Heat of the Night) were filmed on that very lot.
Janie’s Fund is a philanthropic initiative created by Steven Tyler in partnership with Youth Villages to bring hope and healing to girls who have suffered the trauma of abuse and neglect. Steven first gave voice to this cause with his hit “Janie’s Got a Gun,” and his establishment of the fund ensures that these vulnerable girls will have an enduring voice for years to come.
