Ystrategies to Raise $25 Million+ Seed-Stage Fund for Launching Next Generation Science-Based Companies

-- Fund will include Ystrategies’ allocation of $11 million from existing investments --

SAN FRANCISCO--()--Ystrategies Corp. The Company’s investment in Vayu Corp., a leader in optimizing wind farms with cloud computing software (www.vayuai.com), and three other pending transactions will be included in the new fund.
