The components of the distribution announced today will be provided to shareholders of record in a separate notice when the distribution is paid. The distribution will be payable on December 26, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 11, 2018. The ex-dividend date is December 10, 2018. This press release is not for tax reporting purposes but is being provided to announce the amount of the Fund’s distribution that has been declared by the Fund's Board of Directors. In early 2019, the Fund will send shareholders a Form 1099-DIV, specifying how the distributions paid by the Fund during the prior calendar year should be characterized for purposes of reporting the distributions on a shareholder’s tax return (e.g., ordinary income, long-term capital gain or return of capital).
The Fund intends to pay most, but likely not all, of its net income to common shareholders in monthly income dividends. As portfolio and market conditions may change, the distribution rate, the composition of the distribution and the Fund's policy to declare distributions monthly may be subject to change, including by the Fund's Board of Directors.
