(Harvest), a vertically integrated cannabis company with permits and licenses in 10 U.S. states, announced the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors. Harvest appointed Elroy Sailor, the co-founder, CEO and managing partner of Watts Partners, one of the largest African-American-owned government relations firms in Washington, D.C. Harvest also appointed Mark Barnard, the CEO of Octopus Group and former vice president of Diageo. Mr. Barnard is a serial entrepreneur, alcohol industry executive and consumer goods leader.

As Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Watts Partners, Sailor is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of a multi-industry, full-service government affairs firm that focuses on domestic and international emerging marketplaces.
