Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, Partner, Head of Operations Asset Services Poland, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Cushman & Wakefield’s appointment as property manager for Skanska’s office buildings underway is a sign of recognition and great trust in us. We keenly took up this challenge as on each market we have highly-skilled teams of specialists with a strong track record in property management. We are confident that we will meet our partner’s expectations.”
