THOUSAND OAKS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today that its subsidiary, Teledyne Instruments, Inc., has acquired assets of Falcon Analytical Systems & Technologies, LLC. Based in Lewisburg, West Virginia, Falcon Analytical manufactures compact, rugged gas chromatographs (GC) for industrial process control, industrial laboratory and transportable GC applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Falcon Analytical’s patented CALIDUS ultrafast gas chromatograph is a durable, user-friendly system with installations in 25 countries. Teledyne intends to relocate and consolidate manufacturing into its existing Teledyne Monitor Labs facility in Englewood, Colorado.
