ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fastener Distribution Holdings (“FDH”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, announced it has acquired PDQ Airspares (“PDQ”), a Fordingbridge, U.K.-based distributor of aerospace consumables and provider of supply chain management services to MRO and airline customers. PDQ broadens FDH’s aftermarket presence and expands FDH’s international operating footprint through its facilities in the U.K., Poland, Singapore, and China.
